If you signed up to your existing internet plan before July 2021 or you’re not on an Upfront Internet plan, you can change plans by selecting an available plan below.

How to change your existing plan

You can check which internet plan you’re currently on in My Telstra.

  1. Confirm your address

    If you haven't already, you may be asked to check your address so we can show you what plans are available for your connection type.
  2. Choose your new plan

    Select the plan that you want to change to and follow the prompts to complete your order.
